A Private Security House
Sydney · New South Wales
Driven by quality. Chosen by those who know the difference.
100% Aboriginal-owned · Master Licence 000110397

01 The House
KSA is a private security house. We are not built to be everywhere.
We are built to be exactly right where appearance, discretion and composure are part of the brief.
We are 100% Aboriginal-owned and deliberately small. Work is accepted only when the people — and the presentation — are already in hand. A client should never feel they have been staffed from a surplus.
The work sits with corporate offices, hotels, private functions, and close protection. Quiet rooms. Well-dressed doors.
02 The Work
Offices, campuses and executive floors. Access held properly. Movement kept calm.
Lobbies, residences and guest arrival. Security carried as hospitality.
Functions and launches that cannot look over-policed. RSA and guest flow held so the evening still feels like an evening.
Discreet protection for principals who do not wish to be announced.
Licensed, briefed personnel supplied to principal contractors and venues. Our standard, under your banner.
Also held when required: uniformed site security and risk/WHS support. The same presentation standard applies on a site as in a hotel lobby.

03 The Standard
Presentation is briefed, not assumed.
Full black suit. Black shirt, or white where the brief requires it. Black belt and dress shoes. Licence on a sleek lanyard.
Black KSA polo with SECURITY on the back. Clean black suit pants, black belt, black dress shoes.
Always fully groomed. Hair cut and beards trimmed; long hair clean and tied back. No visible tattoos.
Detailed email before the shift — location, timings, dress, expectations. On-site brief covering emergency evacuation and meeting points. Arrive early. No phone use on shift.
Every deployment has a senior guard who leads the team — an individual trusted by the principals, on site for the entire shift. First to arrive, last to leave. At least one partner attends according to the requirements of the job.
04 The People
Director · 100% Aboriginal Owner
On site and managing staff. Raised inside a family security business of more than forty years. Five years in the industry, with Crowd Management and Show Stop Procedure. Member of the Coonamble Local Aboriginal Land Council.
Chief Executive · Nominated Person
Deals with the staff and rostering. Twelve years in the security industry, plus a separate practice in close personal protection, event direction and site supervision. Hundreds of outdoor events and thousands of indoor rooms across NSW.
Both principals deal with clients. All staff hold a current NSW security licence, RSA and first aid, and complete a site-specific induction. Most hold a Working with Children Check. Close protection personnel hold a bodyguarding licence.

05 Selected Rooms
Security support as subcontractor to CVEM inside major indoor venues.
The same partnership at open-air stadium events.
Personnel for schools and education sites. Most of our team hold a current Working with Children Check.
Corporate functions, launches and high-profile movement.
Leadership has completed more than 250 engagements for over 100 clients.

06 Case Notes
Hotel — Sydney CBD
A five-star property required discreet coverage of the lobby and a private floor during a multi-day executive stay. Four personnel in black suits, briefed the evening before. The duty manager later noted that guests had not realised security was present until they needed it.
Private Function — Eastern Suburbs
A 180-guest evening at a private residence. RSA and access control only. A senior led the team of five and remained for the full duration. The host’s only feedback was that the door felt looked after and the bar never lost control.
Arena — Subcontract to CVEM
Indoor arena, mid-week concert, approximately 12,000 patrons. Pre-shift email and on-site evacuation brief. The principal contractor requested the same group for the following show.
07 The Measure
Figures from completed engagements over the past twenty-four months. Satisfaction is recorded at close-out; return work is tracked separately.
Radios and batteries are collected at the end of every shift. Uniforms no longer fit for the standard are withdrawn and recycled rather than reissued. Small practices, kept.
08 Credentials
Certificates of currency and the full licence certificate are available on request.
Referees
Referees have agreed to speak to the quality of our work. Contact details are released to tendering parties on request, or directly with the referee’s permission.
